“Instructions for living a life,
Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”
- Mary Oliver
Seeing. Creating. Being.
I am a multidisciplinary artist and coach, certified in therapeutic arts, who helps women rediscover their true selves in Christ so they can live a more intentional and full life.
I believe life itself is a work of art and that God is continually inviting us into a more awake, intentional, and abundant way of living.
Through creative practices, contemplative rhythms, community story work, nature, beauty, play, and one-on-one coaching, I create spaces where women can slow down, pay attention to their lives, listen for God’s presence, and begin releasing the ways they’ve learned to live out of alignment with who they were created to be.
My life and work centers around three simple invitations:
Seeing.
Slow down. Pay attention. Notice what is happening within and around you. Learn to see yourself, your story, others, and God more clearly.
Creating.
Remember that you are an image-bearer of the Creator. Explore what it means to intentionally create your days, your relationships, your work, and your life as an offering to God.
Being.
Release the pressure to become someone you were never meant to be. Become rooted in your identity as a beloved child of God and learn to live from the person He created you to be.
Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, retreats, creative resources, and everyday encounters, my hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, gently invited, and a little more awake to the beauty and presence of God in your ordinary life.
Healing and wonder often grow together.
Scripture invites us to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds” and to encourage one another along the way. I believe healing happens in community, and that wonder grows when we have others with whom to notice it.
This is why I create spaces where women can slow down, be seen, create, listen, share, and BECOME together.
